The Glory Is In The MIDDLE!

Happyyyy New Year....and Happy Mindset Monday to you and YOURS!!!

This is the 1st post of the year from me to you and I am super excited💟

I have been on a journey you guys and here is just a snippet of what I have been up to since my last post! I was EVICTED from survival mode and it has been all GOOD since then. It has not been easy but I am definetely in a better position, physically, mentally, emotionally AND spiritually AND God gets all of the glory. What is glory? It is praise. That is and should be given to God and not ourselves. Have you ever heard of the phrase, 'Glory Days?' We most likely hear that from people who are reliving their high school or college years!! They may have been the star athlete, head cheerleader, valedictorian or homecoming queen or all 4⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just most popular ALL AROUND.

Well, the more that I spend time with God, reading his word, sharing my testimony, fasting and living; the more I understand that the glory is in the MIDDLE.

When Jesus was on the cross, there were 2 criminals on the cross to the right and to the left of him. Jesus was smack dab in the MIDDLE! Luke 23:32-55 One mocked him and asked him if he was really the Messiah, why doesn't he save them and himself. The other man asked him to remember him when he entered heaven! Jesus told that man that tonight, he would be with him in paradise...

In life, all we have is the past, (what was) the future (the unknown) and the present (RIGHT NOW!) We have to learn how to live in the present. In the present is where God is too. Matthew 6:34 says not to worry about tomorrow because tomorrow has enough problems of its own. In the middle of the past and the future lie both the present AND God. Just like Jesus hanging on the cross, the glory is in the middle. The work that God does on us is in the middle. It is where we have to live, fight, persevere, hang on, struggle sometimes, study his word, (should) be fasting, and be a light for others who should be doing the EXACT same thing!
